In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:
By accessing the pakzub Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
Your acceptance is effective from the earlier of: (a) the date on which you complete Account registration on pakzub; or (b) the date on which you first access or use any part of the Platform.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the pakzub Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
3.1 Age Restriction. The pakzub Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. It is a strict condition of registration that you are 21 or older at the time of Account creation. pakzub employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned (less any withdrawals already made), and any winnings will be forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the pakzub Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is not permitted. pakzub makes no representations that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular location, and we accept no liability for use of the Platform in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited.
3.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual Player may register and maintain only one Account on the pakzub Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, associated bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from duplicate Accounts may be voided.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. pakzub reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, false, or misleading.
3.5 Corporate Entities. Registration by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities is not permitted. The pakzub Platform is available to natural persons only.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pakzub login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. pakzub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify pakzub immediately via live chat or email if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. We will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving such notification.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). pakzub is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of our KYC obligations. You agree to provide any documentation we reasonably request to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Required documents may include, without limitation: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. pakzub reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs200 to dormant Accounts, subject to prior notification. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be closed.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pakzub currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and debit card. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All Account Balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rs500 for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and debit card. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is Rs1,000. Maximum deposit limits are specified at the point of transaction and may be subject to additional limits imposed by your payment provider.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt and confirmation, which may take up to one Banking Day.
5.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. Requests are reviewed and, where approved, processed within 24 hours on Banking Days. pakzub does not accept liability for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or other factors outside our control.
5.5 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally. Deposits made using payment methods that are not registered in your own name are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered on the pakzub Platform are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, together with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds credited to a pakzub Account must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from the Account.
6.3 Game Contributions. Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirement fulfilment. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%; live casino games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) contribute 10%; sports bets contribute 100% on odds of 1.50 or greater. The exact contribution schedule for each promotion will be stated in the offer terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. pakzub reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering patterns designed specifically to exploit bonus terms without genuine recreational play intent, collusion between Players to share bonus benefits, or systematic exploitation of low-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising risk.
6.5 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold only one active welcome bonus or sign-up promotion at a time. Subsequent deposit bonuses and reload promotions may be claimed once all wagering requirements from any prior active bonus have been fully satisfied.
7.1 Game Fairness. All casino games available on the pakzub Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win titles — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Certification is conducted by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published in the respective game information panels.
7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a gaming session, the affected game round will be declared void and the stake for that round will be returned to the Player's Account. pakzub reserves the right to void any game round where a technical error has materially affected the outcome. All decisions made by pakzub in such circumstances are final.
7.3 Maximum Win Limits. A maximum single-session win limit may apply on certain promotional games and jackpot titles. Where applicable, this limit will be stated in the game's promotional terms. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap may be reduced to the cap amount at pakzub's discretion.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the pakzub Platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface prior to each round and may vary by game type, table, and Account status.
8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the pakzub sportsbook are subject to acceptance by pakzub. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that market integrity has been compromised or that a bet has been placed based on information not publicly available at the time of placement.
8.2 Odds Errors. In the event that odds are published at a level that is clearly erroneous (a "palpable error") due to a technical, clerical, or human mistake, pakzub reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. A palpable error is defined as any odds that are manifestly incorrect when compared to the prevailing market price for the relevant event.
8.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets on cricket, PSL, and other sports are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time. Bets accepted during a suspension period or after the relevant event outcome has been determined will be voided and stakes returned.
8.4 Event Cancellation. If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum completion criteria for settlement are met (as defined in the specific sport's rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the event-specific rules.
8.5 Maximum Payout. The maximum single-event payout on the pakzub sportsbook is Rs5,000,000 (Five Million Rupees) per bet. Accumulator and parlay bets are subject to a separate maximum payout as stated in the sportsbook rules section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pakzub Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the pakzub Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of pakzub or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of pakzub.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pakzub shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 pakzub's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 pakzub does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but accept no liability for any loss arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pakzub's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Your data may be shared with third-party KYC and payment processing service providers strictly as necessary for the operation of the Platform and fulfilment of our regulatory obligations. 14.1 Termination by Player. You may close your pakzub Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable Balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and applicable withdrawal processing times.
14.2 Termination by pakzub. pakzub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: material breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; misuse of bonuses; legal or regulatory obligation; or at our sole discretion where we determine that continuing to maintain the Account is not in the interest of the integrity of the Platform.
14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination for breach, pakzub reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold withdrawable funds pending investigation. Where termination is not related to breach, withdrawable balances will be returned in full subject to standard processing requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pakzub holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.
Internal Complaints Process: In the first instance, all complaints must be submitted to pakzub's customer support team via live chat or email. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 Business Days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate the complaint as described above.
pakzub reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice posted on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
Your continued use of the pakzub Platform after any such notification period constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.
